Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of merchandise are not eligible for return. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that are not eligible for return include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same item, email us at contact@velvo.fr and send your item to: 2 Rue Raspail, Paris, 94200, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to them, and they will be notified that you returned their gift.
Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the following address: 44/46 Rue Raspail, Paris, 94200, France.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
